Maybe we will die together,
Maybe hope will last forever.
Maybe our dreams will come true,
And the sky will remain a pretty blue.
Cry all of your tears into a pond,
Then turn to me and strengthen our bond.
Hand in had we’ll live forever,
In life and life after death together.
Even when you feel like dying,
And your eyes just won’t stop crying.
Just hold on to your life,
Cause maybe someday I can be your wife.
Although time has stolen my only hope,
If you die I don’t think I’ll be able to cope.
But maybe my wish will come true,
Or at least the next day may bring something new.
Something new that will make you smile,
It would be like seeing the world in just one mile.
This poem is dedicated to Ryan Truman. He has shown people how to keep on living and to never give up on hope.
He is one of a kind, and I’d do anything just to be by his side.

Brokenhearted, faltering - a shallow jaded fool
Am I truly living this? Is it because of you?
I really care for you the way I always claim
Is there peace that waits for me behind your mending name?
Can you hear me?
Shaken in my confidence, so shattered, so unsure…
I know you’re always there for me - I’ve heard it all before
At times it’s just not real to me - it’s my own fault I know
And though I think it’s killing me, I just can’t let it show
How I need you.
Reaching out for anything to make my heart feel whole
Finding only misery to tear apart my soul
I’ve forgotten twice enough, but this much I still know
Of all the things I’ve given up, of this I can’t let go
